General idea how to prepare basil:
· Steep 2 tsp of basil per one cup of water. Drink up to 1.5 cups per day.
Caution:
·DO NOT DRINK WHILE PREGNANT!
Healing Energies:
· Relieves stomach issues including gas, stomach pains, constipation, and vomiting.
· Also can help with menstrual cramps.
· It helps warm the body and is useful in treating head aches and flu.
· Basil can be rubbed on the skin as an insect repellent.
